Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We currently ship within Australia only. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping ($11.00 AUD): 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping ($15.00 AUD): 2–5 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.00 AUD: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delays Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to high demand, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@mycarepackage.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
